The Micro Direct spiroCheck home spirometer was specifically designed for situations where low cost, easy to use, accurate spirometry is required. The spiroCheck accurately measures, displays and stores the actual FEV1, FEV6 and the percent of Personal Best FEV1. The personal best FEV1 can be set by the clinician with future patient efforts compared to their personal best. The three color action zones are preset but can be customized by the clinician.

Simple and easy to use, the spiroCheck offers a practical solution for COPD testing in adult smokers. A quick test using the spiroCheck measures and displays a patient’s FEV1 and FEV1 % predicted on its large LCD display. The spiroCheck uses these results to calculate and display a ‘Lung Age’ estimation. The lung age can be used to show smokers the physical damage caused by smoking and is an essential tool for every successful smoking program.
